A fatal accident occurred on Park Circus's 4 No. Bridge when a motorcyclist collided with a truck while attempting to overtake it on the road towards 7 Point. The motorcyclist died instantly at the scene due to the impact. The truck driver attempted to flee the location after the incident, but was apprehended by a traffic police sergeant beyond 7 Point. The Beniapukur police have arrested both the truck driver and the vehicle. Local residents noted a similar incident at the same location a week ago, when a bus tire burst, causing another accident. Authorities have started an investigation, and the truck driver remains in police custody.
